Market Turbulence Poses First Serious Test For Abenomics
There has been massive volatility in the Japanese stock and bond markets over the past week. The Nikkei 225 took a 7.3% dive on Thursday. Abenomics is the nickname for the monetary stimulus policy of the Bank of Japan, so many investors are concerned about whether this massive stimulus package promotes market stability or causes increases in market volatility.
